The project calls for the construction of a 54-kilometres (km), 6 lanes road in Muscat, Oman. The project includes service roads, 39 bridges, underpasses (including 12 interchanges) with box girders and 131 box culverts of varying sizes.

The project also involves handling of 28 million cu.m. of earthwork, 240,000 square metres (sq.m.) of MSE walls, 500,000 cu.m. of asphalting and 273,000 cu.m. of concrete.
