<div id="editor2" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><p><span style="font-size:18px">Verification is simply about verifying every piece of&nbsp;information told by any member in order to inform other members&nbsp;whether this information is verified or not with the aid of a green checkmark.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size:18px">The verification process is classified into 3 categories:&nbsp;</span></p><ol><li><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Verifying project information</span></strong></li><li><strong><span style="font-size:18px"><a data-cke-saved-href="#divOrgInfo" href="#divOrgInfo">Verifying Organization information </a></span></strong></li><li><span style="font-size:18px"><strong><a data-cke-saved-href="#divOrgRoles" href="#divOrgRoles">Verifying Organization roles</a>&nbsp;</strong> </span></li></ol><p>​​​​​​​<strong><span style="font-size:18px">1- Verifying project information</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">Project properties&nbsp;are&nbsp;classified into two categories: general properties, and related type properties.</span></p><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">General Properties:</span></strong></p></div><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">General properties are the properties which considered independent on the project type, like Cost and Area, the following figure shows how the verified information get recognized with the aid of a green checkmark</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor3" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">In many cases, the project's admin becomes hurry to get this kind of information verified quickly, in that case, he could escalate the verification progress by uploading official documents which prove the numbers he provided, which in return make it easier for our team to verify the given information soon.&nbsp;</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor4" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">Related Type Properties:</span></strong></p></div><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">Related type properties are the properties that depend&nbsp;on the project's type, for example, consider a property called "Number of levels", such a property could never be related to a project with the type harbor for example.</span></p></div></div>

<div id="editor5" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">As shown in the previous figure, every property could be in one of the following statuses:</span></p><ol><li><span style="font-size:16px">Not&nbsp;Verified</span><br><span style="font-size:14px">In other words, the property value has not been investigated by our team yet.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px">Unkown</span><br>which means that the project's admin didn't mention a value for this property.</li><li><span style="font-size:16px">Wrong</span><br><span style="font-size:14px">which means that after investigation, our team discovered that the given value is wrong.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:16px">Verified</span></li></ol><p><span style="font-size:16px">Notice from the figure that for the first three cases, members have the rights to provide their testimony by clicking the Correct or Wrong buttons located&nbsp;in front&nbsp;of the word "Witness", whereas when a property is addressed as verified, the witness section will be hidden to public and only visible for the page's admins.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">When someone clicks the Correct button, the number beside the check mark will be increased by one, whereas clicking the Wrong button will make the following dialog appear:</span><span style="font-size:16px"> </span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor6" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">In the previous dialog, you can type the value you know it's correct,&nbsp;type a comment, or even upload a picture or a PDF document that should prove the value you have just typed.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">For the properties which have the "Unkown" status, when a member clicks the&nbsp;<strong>I Know&nbsp;</strong>button, the dialog above will appear as a result&nbsp;too.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">As a result of many testimonies provided by members, if you click the pie chart located at the left of the witness section, the following page will open:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor7" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">By clicking any pie slice, the related results will appear inside the table located at the right along with the document every member or organization has uploaded as proof.</span></p></div><div id="Org"><div id="divOrgInfo"><p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">2- Verifying Organization information</span></strong>&nbsp;</p></div></div><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">There is only one piece of information that could be verified here which is the share capital.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">If the Org. admin wants the share capital number to get&nbsp;verified soon, he should help our team by uploading the proper official document that should prove this number, the following figure shows where the page admin should click to upload a document:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor8" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">After the share capital get approved, this is how it will be displayed:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor9" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div id="OrgRole"><div id="OrgProj"><div id="divOrgRoles"><p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">3- Verifying Organization roles</span></strong></p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:18px">There is more than one isle to verify an organization role in a project:</span></p><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">1- By uploading an official document</span></strong></p></div><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">All types of documents are acceptable here, like a contract or a site board image from the construction site</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor10" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">As you notice&nbsp;from the previous figure, when the page's admin clicks the upload icon, a small dialog will appear to give him the chance to upload a file (image, pdf, or zip file) and write the work size value of that particular role if he wants, however in case the role got verified afterwards, this doesn't mean necessarily that the work size value got verified too, the yellow circle beside the Work Size word indicates that the work size value has not been verified yet, whereas the grey circle to the left of the role's name (main contractor in our case) indicates that the role itself has not been verified yet.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">After the admin selects a file to upload then presses the OK button, the dialogue will appear as follows:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor11" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">The table appears below the OK button implies that the admin could upload another file(s) later, not only that, through&nbsp;the same dialog he gets updated by whether or not his file was accepted by the website administration and also read comments from their part by clicking the speech cloud at the middle.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">Afterwards, when the uploaded file got accepted by the website administration and hence the role become successfully verified, the notifications inbox of the page's admin should appear as follows:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor12" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">As a result, the role will appear inside the Organization page to other visitors and members as following:</span></p></div></div>
<div id="editor13" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:15px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">The green checkmark circle shown in the previous figure indicates the role "Main Contractor" inside the "Radio Cinema" project is verified and the work size value is verified as well since it is written in a green color.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">Please notice that the gray circle which has previously appeared to the page admin as an indication for a not verified&nbsp;role, is hidden to the public (notice the role "Main Consultant" in the previous figure).</span></p></div><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><strong><span style="font-size:16px">2- Implicitly through rating</span></strong></p></div><div style="margin-left:10px"><div style="margin-left:5px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">when an organization or a&nbsp;person claims a role in a project, Archilobby sends a rating request to all the &nbsp;organizations that have a supervisory role over the claimed role for that particular project, for example, the consultant office is supposed to supervise the contractor, the contractor&nbsp;in return &nbsp;supervises the subcontractors whereas the owner supervises them&nbsp;all. However, the rating request is only sent to those organizations or persons that have a verified role in that particular project.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">Once an organization rates another one, this implies that the one who has just got rated has a verified role in the project regardless how many stars it has been given from the rater.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px">The following figure shows the notification message sent from Archilobby to the rater asking him to rate:</span></p></div></div></div>
<div id="editor14" class="ed" contenteditable="true"><div style="margin-left:10px"><p><span style="font-size:16px">Once the organization got rated, its role inside this project will be automatically verified with no interference from our team at all. Then the rated organization will receive a notification looks as follows:</span></p></div></div>
