Once you type a proper ID, the field color will turn into green

How roles appear to public

As a matter of fact, if you decided not to upload a proof document, there are several other mechanisms to verify a role, one of them is that once you claim a role in a project, the web site automatically sends notifications to other parts who have verified roles in the same project asking them whether they know if your organization has accomplished the role you have already claimed or not, if at least 2 of them confirms, the role you claimed will be verified automatically.
